„Nozzle cleaning and checking their performance in the mill“

We should like to help our customers checking their existing PMS trim nozzles and HP shower nozzles for good performance, after periodical cleaning.

For this purpose we can supply a simple hose cleaning set with adapters for the nozzles. Quick connectors make it simple to use the device efficiently, at the available water pressure of approx. 4 bar (60 psi). To observe the spray of every nozzle, the use of a hand held STROBOSCOPE is necessary.

So the nozzles can go back to the machine after a reliable performance check.

The hose may be installed easily near an existing water basin.
