PMS Agents worldwide
Notice to users of PMS equipment and to Trade Companies in Asia:
PMS receives enquiries for spare parts from trade companies frequently. These enquiries mainly concern PMS systems installed and operating on paper machines in Southeast or East Asia mostly.
Please consider that as from now PMS is unable to make any quotations for spare parts such as nozzles, filter elements etc., unless the user and the machine the enquiry relates to are identified clearly.
As PMS has a technically and application oriented policy and as PMS does not just sell products to whoever buys - without having sufficient details regarding the application, PMS is represented by own agents in most Asian countries, and has agreed to sell exclusively through these agents in the relative territory.
This should be clear to Asian users operating PMS equipment, and as a consequence users of PMS equipment should renounce to enquiring via various channels when spare part quotations are requested. Users should address their enquiries either directly to PMS or to the PMS agent in their country.
