A safe solution for transferring the paper web is also required in the dryer section, and it is precisely for this purpose that PMS has developed the right unit: “SuperCut DryEnd”.

The system uses proven technology and design from our “SuperCut WetEnd” and cuts the dry paper web with an extremely fine water jet and pressures up to 1800 bar. The precise movement of the nozzle unit guarantees a clean cut and reliable performance even with an unstable (fluttering) sheet.

To ensure uninterrupted operation, PMS offers a Backup-Nozzle as well as a Backup-Pump (pneumatic).

The required ultra-high pressure is generated by either a hydraulic or pneumatic Pump-System.

Different control elements (touch screen HMI and push button) and an uncomplicated connection to the customer's DCS, make the operation flexible, safe and easy.
